Campus Visitor Information
Campus visitors are welcome, but make sure you know the guidelines before you go. Guidelines are in place for the safety of students and staff as well as the best teaching and learning environment.
Know
Before You Go
-
To ensure compliance with district security protocols, all visitors must be screened before entering the campus.
-
All guests must bring a valid driver’s license or Texas identification card to enter the building.
-
For large campus events during school hours, a pre-registration form for Raptor screening will be sent out in advance to expedite visitor check-in.
-
For after-hours events, specific event protocols will be communicated, including how to obtain event tickets through Hometown Ticketing prior to the event.
If you have any questions regarding our campus visitor check-in process or student registration, please contact our campus at 817-245-3700.
Know
When to Go
-
Staff and Administration asks that all guests refrain from joining their students for lunch or other activities during the school day until after Labor Day (Monday, September 2nd) to allow students an opportunity to get comfortable with their daily routines and expectations.
-
No visitors will be allowed on campus during STAAR testing days. (Dates to come.)
Class Parties

The Holiday Party is always the last day before Winter Break and the End of the Year Party is the last day of school. Dates, information, processes and procedures for parent participation (outside of room parent information) will be added to this section every year as it is confirmed.
